SHIPPING POLICY

Products ships daily on working days.

Expect up to 5 working days for delivery on Standard Deliveries. 

Please take weekends and holidays into account when calculating delivery date.

The Educational Box Company does not accept responsibility for the delivery / courier company's conduct. We will attempt and assist in affecting the delivery as far as possible, but the ultimate conduct of the courier company is not the responsibility of The Educational Box Company.

Payments are processed via 3rd party accredited and financial compliant payment gateways. Payfast (Pty) Ltd and Direct Debit (pty) Ltd.

Methods that are accepted are; Visa, Mastercard, Direct EFT, SCode, Masterpass and Zapper.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If the product that you received has inherent defects the product will we replaced at no cost subject to the customer submitting photo evidence of the particular defect.

Product refunds may be granted on a discretionary basis subject to the merits of each individual case.

Because once-off boxes are picked randomly, and themes cannot be guaranteed,
NO exchanges can be made on once-off sales due to duplication of themes.


Once a box’s seal has been broken, it cannot be exchanged EXCEPT when there are defects in the box,
caused by The Educational Box Company or by Courier services.
